IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OCEAN HOUSE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

OCEAN HOUSE UNIT 1404:
Fresh paint and New furnishings are featured in this amazing, 4th floor unit at Ocean House. This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit offers direct beach views and is fully stocked with all items needed for a great stay!
The living room offers a comfortable sofa sleeper, easy chair, as well as an additional side chair and television. The kitchen has tiled countertops, black appliances, and is stocked with everything you need for meal prepping during your stay! The dining area features a large, counter height table with seating for four with two additional barstools located at the adjacent bar. The spacious balcony can be accessed from both the living area or the beach front bedroom and features seating to relax while enjoying endless views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed with dresser and ample closet space. Bedroom 1 also offers a television and private bathroom, that can be accessed privately from the bedroom or from the living area for convenience. It features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed with chest of drawers and ample closet space. The second bedroom also has a television and private bathroom, with standing shower, single vanity, and fully stocked with linens. Tasteful decorations and new paint make this unit very fresh and offer a relaxing retreat!

Area Attractions close by are: The Wharf, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Ocean House is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

  Ocean house is a great location with a great pool and beach. 1404 was a perfect unit. Great décor, clean, and extra beach chairs on the balcony. The balcony did NOT lock, which worried us a little but it's the fourth floor. Also has those wide vertical blinds that fall off a lot.. but otherwise a great unit. Our inlaws were in another unit and we preferred ours. Luna was nice to work with.

  My family and I stayed at this unit this July 2014. The condo was everything the pictures online said it would be. It was clean, decorated nicely and very comfortable. We loved the location , the access to the beach and the pool was always inviting. The only thing I could say bad about the unit is the master bath toilet did not want to flush properly and the kitchen cabinets were a little dinged up. But neither should discourageany one from renting this unit. We truly enjoyed pour stay here !!

  Great location. The zero entry pool is great for small children. The fourth floor is ideal, not too many steps. This unit was clean as advertised. Beware of too soft mattress on queen bed. The owner needs to consider a replacement on the mattress. Otherwise, this unit is 4 star
